June Native Plant Talk and Sale

Join us on June 2nd, 2018 from 9 am to 11 am for an informative talk (9 am) on the use of Native Plants.  After the talk, Native Plants will be for sale from three local nurseries.  Come see why it’s best to GO NATIVE! Find out what other “Lake Talk and Eats” Events are scheduled for this summer!

Johnson Bay East Preserve

WACF’s newest acquisition (January 2018) is Johnson Bay East Preserve which neighbors the Johnson Bay wetlands and the B&O Railroad to the north and Johnson Bay wetlands to the west. This special 41 acre preserve once provided the outflow of Dillon Creek into the Johnson Bay/Wawasee wetlands and headwaters.
