The first Saturday of June, July and August special programs are held at the WACF education center (State Road 13, 3 miles south of Syracuse, 11586 N SR 13) from 9-11am (unless otherwise noted). Programs vary each year with interesting information shared about caring for the water we enjoy every summer.
2019 Lake Talk & Eats Schedule:
Saturday, June 1st – Native Plant Talk and Sale, 9 – 11am, breakfast is served!
Saturday, July 6th – ANNUAL BUG CATCH! Bring the kids for the most popular event of the year, 9 – 11am, breakfast is served!
Saturday, August 3rd – Historical Lilly Pad Cruise, 11am – 1:30pm. We leave promptly at 11am from the Frog dock. Reservations ($20/person) may be made at the WACF Education Center, 574-457-4549 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
