Volunteer With the WACF

The WACF relies on its dedicated volunteers to effectively serve the community and fulfill its mission. Each year, over 800 local elementary students participate in our school field trip programs, we welcome 200 visitors to our annual Earth Day Celebration, and 75 participants join our canoe trips. These initiatives are just a few of the programs that rely on the support of more than 300 adult volunteers who help organize, set up, and run these events. If you would like to give back to the Syracuse community, consider volunteering by mowing, maintaining trails, assisting with educational activities, joining the canoe team, or serving on a committee.
